The Recovery House, a project of Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust, provides hope for people suffering from mental illness who have been left untreated or received partial treatment due to lack of understanding about the illness or lack of knowledge about treatment options. It’s a first of its kind not-for-profit facility in Pakistan dedicated to rehabilitation and recovery from mental illness. We are a unique organization that offers services of psychiatric rehabilitation in Pakistan specializing in the “recovery oriented approach”.

Our Residential and Day Rehab Programs ensure provision of individual and group activities that contribute to wellness and recovery, provision of home cooked nutritious food, physical exercise regimens. Our focus is on the whole person, their skills, supports, resources, and well-being at large to enable them to function independently in the society.

Scores of individuals and families as well as professionals have benefited from our services since 2009. We are indebted to individuals, professionals and various organizations (notably Caravan of Life USA) for providing support. It has been through their support and resources inclusive of continuous professional education & training and financial support that enabled us in Pakistan to provide internationally standardized cutting edge treatment through our Psych Rehab services.

It is our policy not to deny treatment to non-affording patients. With assistance of philanthropists like you, we have set up a “Financial Assistance Program” to treat such deserving patients.
