Dr. Uroosa Talib, MBBS, MCPS, ICAP3, PGD-HCM, Fellow of the European Board, is a seasoned Consultant and Clinical Psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience in mental healthcare. She has been at the forefront of improving access to quality psychiatric services, leading initiatives that bring care to underserved communities.
As a published researcher, master trainer, and strong advocate for mental health policy and quality standards, Dr. Uroosa combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership.
Her commitment to patient-centred care and system-wide improvements makes her an invaluable leader as our Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Caravan of Life Pakistan Trust.
Dr. Uzma Ambareen is currently serving as the Medical Director at The Recovery House. She is also associated with the Pakistan Association for Mental Health since returning from the US after completing her residency. Previously she has served as Clinical Director at the Institute of Behavior Sciences and subsequently at the Free Mental Health Clinic. Apart from Psychiatric Rehabilitation, her areas of interest include community psychiatry, public mental health awareness, individual psychotherapy and family therapy.

Dr. Azhar is an American board certified internist who was trained in a multicultural environment in NY-USA where she was exposed to a vast variety of diseases and conditions. She then joined a multi-disciplinary group practice in NJ-USA where she provided primary care and urgent care services.
She has had the pleasure of being a professor at Mandl College of Allied Health-NY where she taught medical assistants, and has also worked as a physician advisor.
She currently provides health management services at TRH and has her own private internal medicine practice at DHA clinics.

With over 10 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation and addiction recovery, Nida Shah is a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in nursing leadership and quality care management. Currently serving as the Nursing Manager at The Recovery House, Nida oversees nursing operations, staff development, and policy implementation to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Her previous roles include Nursing Supervisor and Acting Nursing Manager at Karwan-e-Hayat Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Shift Incharge at Benazir Model Addiction Rehab (ANF MATRC). Holding a Post RN BScN, Nida excels in staff management, roster planning, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of patient care services.
